Meet Peter Czapran, Owner of Czapran Investments.

Hi, my name is Peter Czapran and I’m the owner of Czapran Investments. 

I was born and raised in Colorado and am now living in Los Angeles. 

After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder, I began working for a small entrepreneurial natural food company. This gave me the opportunity to travel and work with people from all different walks of life. After bouncing between New York, Colorado and California, my partner and I have settled near the beach in Los Angeles. 

In late 2019 I purchased the mountain property thinking it would be our forever home. After a full remodel her family called us back to California and I listed the home as a short term rental. It was an immediate hit and I knew making my guest’s trips memorable, comfortable, and one of a kind was something I wanted to continue doing! 

But I also found myself worrying about the property that we put so much time, energy, and effort into, would hold up with the constant coming and goings of guests. 

It was the enjoyment I got from providing guests lifelong memories and the concern for my property that drove me to create a different experience in the short term rental process with the personalized demands of the owner AND guest in mind! 

Outside of working in the natural food industry and managing properties of my own, I’m an animal lover with two dogs and two cats, an amateur boxer, a sneakerhead, and self proclaimed comedian.
