  • We are a one stop shop. We do it all from creating the listing, analyzing pricing, screening and communication with guests, check-ins, checkouts, cleaning, and everything in between!

    If you need it done, we will do it.

  • Czapran Investment’s fee is 25% of the nightly rate. Cleaning fees are the guests responsibility.

  • We limit the properties in our portfolio so we can provide a customized experience for the host. As a host myself I know each property comes with different quirks that may need special attention. I pride myself in providing property owners a personalized service they can rely on and a familiar face when you need something.

    We provide a turnkey solution so property owners can rest assured their investment is cared for properly and making money!

  • Rates vary by location, size of the property, amenities, seasonality, length of stay, and a wide variety of other factors. We can provide an estimate during our initial consultation.

    We use a dynamic pricing model to find a perfect balance between price and occupancy to maximize your profits.

  • In the event you experience property damage Czapran Investments will open a claim immediately. Our process includes the use of AirBnB’s Resolution Center and working with our cleaners BEFORE check-in so damages can be quickly and easily resolved.

  • Yes, our cleaners follow a detailed checklist that does include tracking any property damage.

    We will work with property owners to create any special cleaning requirements the property may need.

  • NONE! We only make money when you make money. Our fee is collected when the reservation is completed.

    There is a one-time fee for professional photography during the listing creation. 100% of this fee goes to the photographer for their time and service.

  • Owners have complete control over who can stay in their homes. You can provide Czapran Investments with a set of criteria for what makes the ideal guest (or less than ideal guest). This can include anything from the number of guests to the length of stay, or the desire to only rent out during certain time periods.
